Social Inclusion Outcomes Framework - aims to help commissioners and providers to monitor, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of services for working-age adults with mental heath problems by offering some suggested outcomes and outcome indicators.
This framework was initially designed to be used in mental health day services and has been broadened to apply to mental health services in general, particularly those which are seeking to support people to become more socially included. For example, many community bases mental health services, including outreach, employment and housing support services are also working to support people in establishing or maintaining many of these areas of included living.
