For all bookings received before 14th February 2010 an early bird rate of £95 will be invoiced. Any subsequent bookings will be charged at the full price of £125.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation fees are as follows: (1) 7 or more days before the event 50% of the invoice is payable.(2) Cancellations less than 7 days before the event 100% of the invoiceis payable. All cancellations must be made in writing, addressed to spn@scie.org.uk. We will allow for a replacement delegate. To secure a delegate place full payment is required 14 days before the event. Should payment not be received 30 days after the invoice date, the SPN will apply an additional administration fee of £25.

Please fill out the booking form below indicating whether you will be paying yourself or you would like the invoice to be made out to your employer/sponsor. Cheques should be made out to Social Perspectives Network and should be sent to Tayo Richards, SPN, 2nd Floor, Goldings House, 2 Hay’s Lane, London SE1 2HB. If you wish to pay by BACS our account details are CAF Bank, S/C 40.52.40, ACCT NO 00017898. If you are using the BACS method please use the ref PERDIV1 and send us a quick email confirming your remittance.

Unwaged service users/carers attend free of charge. We have a number of places for people who are in this category. They are limited and pre-registration is essential. Please ensure that your booking reaches us no later than 15th March 2010.
